Interested in a Career in Real Estate?

Real Estate is an exciting and rewarding career. Regardless of market conditions, your ability to achieve personal, professional and financial goals is restricted only by the limits you place on yourself.

I'm sure that you have several questions, so let's begin with the basics.....

To qualify for a Salesperson License in Georgia you must:

§ Be at least 18 years of age

§ Be a resident of the State of Georgia, unless seeking a nonresident license

    § Complete a 75 hour Salesperson Pre-license course

§ Be a high school graduate or holder of a certification of equivalency

§ Obtain a criminal history report from the GBI (Georgia Bureau of Investigation)

§ Pass a state real estate examination

There are several ways to complete the pre-license course requirement. You can take a course on your computer or attend a real estate class at an approved school.  Locally, The South Georgia School of Real Estate is located in Tifton.
